Home Remodel Customer Satisfaction Process

   
  1.  Free Initial Remodel Consultation: 1- 2 hours.  We discuss your ideas and scope of work.   Contact us for a free consultation.
  2.  If needed, TMT will deliver a preliminary design.
  3.  You make the decision to proceed or not.
  4.  Design/Feasibility Agreement
a.  Design/Feasibility Agreement
b.  Prepare structural engineering, in preparation for admission for permits.
c.  Prepare expected budget for entire project, based on your product selections.
d.  Develop project timeline.
  5.  Contract- Fixed Bid Scope of Work
  6.  Start work- Deliver a written project plan and schedule (Gantt Chart) and stick to it.
  7.  Introduce the Job Superintendent
  8.  Introduce the lead carpenter and other members of the work team.
  9.  Discuss the Change Order Process.
10.  Discuss allowances and selections
